What Do I Do if My Password Expired?

You may or may not know that your password expires every 120 days (4 months). In order to be able to continue to use your account, you used to have to call the helpdesk during business hours and then we would reset it for you. But there's a simpler way!

In order to make sure you have the ability to reset your own password, please visit http://password.ccuniversity.edu/setquestions.php.  Upon logging in you will either be told that we have your information on file or you will be prompted to provide two security questions.  This is a very important step, because it ensures that your information is in our system and allows you to reset your own password whenever you need to.

Now that you have made sure of your information being in the database, you can reset your password at any time by visiting http://password.ccuniversity.edu.  On this page you will be able to reset your password by providing your username and the answers to the security questions you have provided.
