What If My Password Has Expired?

 

Your password will expire every 120 days. To reset your own password 24/7, please set your security questions here. Next, visit the password reset page here.

 

If you need assistance:

Email a detailed description of your needs and contact information to support@missolutions.com. This will open a service ticket in an automated system. You will receive an automated response with a service ticket number.

Call 888-714-1113 OR 513-276-1113 and a technician will answer and work with you to solve your problem. If someone is not able to assist you, please leave a detailed voice mail and they will return your call.

 

Use the client portal to open a helpdesk service request and manage your current helpdesk requests. The Client Portal website is http://www.missolutions.com/cpl

 
You can also visit the IT Helpdesk located in the lower hallway of President’s Hall by the vending machines from 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday.

 

 

IT Services at CCU

The Information Technology Department at CCU maintains the computer labs in the library and the Worship Ministry building, internet connections in all campus dormitories, CCU email accounts, wireless router setup for students, campus internet security filter, and all A/V equipment for campus classrooms and facilities. 

CCU Students can receive a copy of Microsoft Office Suite 2013 for Windows, or Microsoft Office Suite 2011 for Mac from the IT department free of charge.

Wireless internet is widely available on campus, if you need help setting up a router in your dorm room please contact us or stop by the office so a help desk representative may assist you. 

CCU's Emergency Notification Service

Receive text notifications when CCU is closed due to weather or other emergencies. To sign up, click here and log in with your CCU username and password. Please contact the IT Helpdesk if you cannot login.
